Who Am I?

By Adrian Loffredo

Hi, I’m Adrian, and I specialize in app development and digital transformation consulting for SMEs and startups. My role is a bit unconventional—I don’t develop apps myself. Instead, I help businesses navigate the often overwhelming process of bringing their ideas to life.

Throughout my career, I’ve noticed a common pattern: many people looking to develop an app go straight to a developer or a software house for guidance. While that makes sense—they’re the experts in building apps—it’s worth considering whether they’re always the best starting point.

Impartial Advice

Don’t get me wrong. I’ve worked with stellar software houses filled with talented, honest professionals who genuinely care about their clients’ success. But at the end of the day, development companies have their own priorities. Sales teams are focused on closing deals, and development teams often stick to their preferred tools and methods.

This doesn’t mean they’re doing anything wrong—it’s just the nature of their business. However, this approach might not always align perfectly with what’s best for you.

Examples of Misalignment

Here are some scenarios where a broader perspective could add value:

  1. Tool Preferences: Every software house has its favorite tools and frameworks. It’s natural—they’re comfortable and efficient with their chosen stack. But sometimes, sticking to a familiar toolbox might mean missing out on better-suited alternatives for your project.

  2. No-Code vs. Custom Development:

    • A no-code solution might solve your problem quickly and cost-effectively, but it could limit you if your needs grow or evolve.
    • Conversely, a custom-built solution might be overkill for a simple problem, leading to unnecessary complexity and cost.

By exploring all options—including no-code, low-code, and custom solutions—you can make more informed decisions about what fits your specific needs.

How I Help

That’s where I come in. My role is to focus entirely on your goals and find the best-fit solution for your unique challenges. I don’t have a toolbox to sell or a development team to keep busy. My only incentive is to give you honest, unbiased advice that prioritizes your success.

Whether you’re just starting out or rethinking your digital strategy, I can help you navigate the options, define a clear path forward, and ensure you’re investing in the right solutions for the long term.
